Willow Court Farm, Holtby

About Project -  Construction has began on a bespoke detached dwelling, located in the peaceful village of Holtby, just five miles from the historic City of York.

In keeping with the surrounding area and its position on the edge of the village within former agricultural land, the design of this dwelling features a contemporary interpretation of a traditional barn form. The home will be constructed in elegant brickwork, blending seamlessly with the rural landscape.

This residence marks the final dwelling to be built from a previously approved scheme for four homes, with the remaining three positioned to the east of the site.
