PRA have been lucky to achieve planning permission for two phases of the broader Brough South Masterplan. The masterplan is an ambitious mixed-use scheme designed to enhance the area, featuring residential and commercial parcels, office spaces, a school, and play areas. Once completed, the development will contribute significantly to the local economy and provide a high-quality living environment for its residents.
