About Site - A housing development comprising of 50 homes in the town of Askern, near the city of Doncaster. The site is situated on the former recreation grounds of the Askern Miners Welfare Institute. Before the development, the grounds had fallen into disuse, prompting the Institute to retain only its central building, which now serves as a divider between the two sections of the development.
